Most of us go to business we love….
… and sooner or later many end up doing things they don’t like, feeling as good as a plugged duck hanging over a hot stove.
To avoid this getting other people to help you run and grow your business is inevitable.
What makes me sad is to hear so many self-employed running their one person operation alone claiming that they are “happy where they are” in their business.
Why? Because every business that is not growing, is dying. The question is only how quickly.
For a business to be competitive it needs to be dynamic. The moment your business becomes stagnant because you can’t grow it any more (meaning you can’t work any longer hours) is the moment your business starts to decline towardts it’s unpleasant death.
Learning how to outsource mundane tasks and free your valuable time for business growing activities is the key.
Can’t afford to outsource? Ask your self can you afford losing your business instead.
A very afforable way to learn productive outsourcing is a course called Outsource Weekly by Jimmy D Brown and Nicole Dean. During that course you’ll learn WHAT you can outsource, WHEN is the right time and HOW to do it. The course also provides the information and tools to teach you how to successfully use outsourcing to help you spend less time on your business yet still make more money.
As a traditional D-I-Y entrepreneur, I found this course helpful. The only flipside of this outsourcing course (or initially I thought it was a flipside) is that the course is a 52 weeks subscription. This means that you won’t get all the material at once. What I experienced, however, was that this format ended to work well because the weekly Outsource Weekly instalments got me to learn more effeciently and apply more in several parts of my business than that I might have got done otherwise.
